Brexit and the housing market

Brexit is always a hot topic when we visit our customers. Although it affected the housing market last year, since the date has been pushed back again, the market has gone a little crazy in house sales, particularly in the Midlands. We think even though interest rates are at an all time low, consumers were holding back as the future of the UK remained unclear. We feel now that for the British public, life is back to normal and the winter looks like it’s going to be busy right up until Christmas.
