Well what a great month we have just had, and June is looking as good too. We’re looking for a new lorry as when ours was in for a roof repair, the factory caught fire and so did our lorry. This is a shame as it was the one that was on TV.

All our assessors have been flat out visiting customers and the new portfolios and literature that we have had designed are going down a storm, so it’s easier to compare us to competitors.

We have had people phoning us complaining about a local remover. We have advised them of their legal rights - for legal reasons we cannot say who this company is. The firm in question has been reported to police. If you get a leaflet offering removal service who claim they are members of RHA, please check on link below and report them is this is not the case.

Ask to see insurance certificate and check it is still active with insurers

I have been told a letter was sent to storage companies and estate agents warning them about this remover from a disgruntled customer quite awhile ago.

We are a member of Trading Standards, and as such we will never take a deposit or cost move on visit, this is sent by post and email.

If any trader comes in your home and takes payment and booking on day you should be offered 7 days cooling off period to change your mind

This is free advice from us if you choose a member of National Guilds of Removers or the BAR we must have all the above in place and more. Don’t just go for the lowest price as this could cost you more in the long run.
