Our connection was delayed in our new home, and we forgot till we had a call from Trusted Trader to see if our reply card was genuine and realized we promised to do one here, so here we go Wayne Matt Neil David what a great bunch of lads loaded day one and arrived day two and put everything is its place, they left at 5am to arrive here at 10am still smiling, me and Stu made sure they had a good meal and rest before driving back, your service is above and beyond cannot fault, proves even though this is a tough time we are in you have not cut corners on your service was without a doubt best we have had and we move regular because of our occupation.

Debbie can you thank all the lads who helped us move, Tell Matthew and Phil who packed me the evening before as i had a fall and and hurt my hip, that they did such a good job and did not leave till midnight and then they returned at 8am next day to move me. they did an excellent job and very fairly priced.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Wayne and the guys for our move over the weekend, they were all so brilliant. It was easily the best move we've had to date (4 in 5 years!).
From how well everything was packed, to the move on the day we couldn't have asked for more. They were all so helpful and were brilliant with my 8 year old son who was a pain in the arse! You should advertise their babysitting skills as well as he loved having them here! Let me know if there's any particular feedback site you'd like me to put something on. We're hoping to buy a house in the next 6 months or so we'll def be booking you again. Many thanks and kind regards. Ann

We picked you on credentials awards you have, we have got to say this was a wise move. We were visited by your assessor Chris he did spend well over an hour with us as our move was complicated, we had three moves in one, delivering to two properties and new office plus all over 230 miles away,this was all done over 5 days, we arranged with this company and they had access and keys for every part of the move, we went away on holiday and on return everything had been done as instructed, we had no complaints just compliments for everyone involved on professionalism and logistic of this company throughout, and the feed back from staff and friends who monitored this move could not speak more highly. We hope whoever reads this helps them in making their decision who to choose as a remover.

We did book you on the basis of all your reviews. Please pass on my thanks to Wayne and his lads, they moved all my mums antique furniture and Bric-A-Brac, they did not leave till we was completely satisfied we was happy, the good thing was Debbie phone the next day and asked if we was happy with the move and this was a lovely touch even though i filled a review card, me and my sisters was so impressed with the quality of service you provided and will be letting our friends and family know. Again thank you from me and my sisters for helping make this move as little stressful as possible for my mummy.

From the start i got recommend these by a work friend that moved with them, i arranged a visit to which Chris popped round walked round taking list of good and explained what they could do, this was quick and covered everything without overstaying, must say as i am in charge of a call center perfect, i booked and we had the full Monty Matt Wayne and Luke arrived and spend all day packing our goods, next day Wayne Matt and Neil moved us, on the third day Matt and Lee unpacked and resemble all our wardrobe which did take a long time, this was an expensive move but in comparison of other quotes they came out on top and did a superb job. We had quite a few visit one from bulwell they said no as i had a piano my answer to this was in the wrong trade find another Job, three did not even turn up and two quoted me much higher and said its more expensive in summer time?, thank you for your most professional service and great lads you have we did have a good banter even though it was a big move they took it in there stride.

We had a packing job and move to Portsmouth. This did take three days but what a service! They took 12 hours to pack all our stuff and came back next day loaded and took everything away. Next day they arrived at 9am prompt, unloaded and were gone by lunch. The touch we particularly liked is that Wayne made sure we were completely happy with where furniture was placed before they left. We had a couple broken glasses which for the size of move it nothing, so don’t take this negative. This is a positive! We will use you in 18 months when my contract finishes and we move back to our home in Woodborough

Allmoves came to our rescue. The removal company that I paid a deposit to did not turn up or answer their phone. We were in a total mess. We went on the internet and found you. Debbie was brilliant. AllMoves were fully booked so they tried others they knew and was the same reply. By this time I was in tears Debbie said she could put all teams on standby. We had a team pull up at 2pm – it was the incoming tenants wanting to move in. They were shouting at us. Wayne defused the situation and said we can solve this quick, if your team help us load we will help them unload yours after so you’re in quick and our customers are happy to wait as in a pickle which is not their fault. This was agreed and we were out and them in under three hours. Six men completed the move, and they moved us swiftly. All I can say is brilliant! My husband went and drew some money for a large tip as Wayne and his team put a smile back on my face. Thanks Debbie for all your help. I should have picked you in the first place. Serves me right for not looking into this company! 5 star service by you and everyone involved. We will use you again. Price was right and very good re-assembly service. Matt is a wiz at this.

This was by far one of the best services I have had from anyone. It is very hard to find a tradesmen these days with customer skills as yours has. Every question was answered, all work was done as promised and the manners of all the gentlemen on the day were extremely good. I didn’t expect them to be different and was very wrong. Will recommend you to everyone I know.

My stuff came to Derby by container from China, they unloaded and unpacked all stuff in house very good. 6 monthly later move me to Nottingham house from house in Derby very good again my friends use and very good will use next year when go back china. thank you for service

This is fantastic firm, we had several company's round to quote, when i tried to get these guys to match the other quotes Debbie was quite clear on the phone check credentials and we was only fully protected with The Guilds of Removers and BAR to which i looked into, hey they was right and having my stuff for three days wanted it in good hands. The guys loaded my goods and did not see it again till the Saturday, they unloaded and resembled our beds no damage and nothing missing, Wayne Phil and Matt what a team so funny and nothing to much trouble. Thanks for all your help

A massive thanks....again!!.....to Wayne and his team...this is the third time they have moved me in as many years and they are brilliant.....nothing is too much trouble and today the van was loaded quickly despite it raining all morning.......would use them again....will ask for Wayne when my stuff comes out of storage .....well he knows my boxes well now!!.....and a huge thanks to Debbie in the office who is always friendly and helpful......

Me and my wife cannot believe that you packed and moved us in two days, all other company's said three days need more lorry's ??? and stood scratching there heads, Chris popped in did full list of our belongings, spent a little time with us telling us about All Moves in a very enthusiastic and professional manner, said the move was quite simple, after a couple of attempts of getting a price he said this is done at office so you feel under no pressure, saying that we had the quote that day on our email and in our post two days later, the price was what we expected to pay and Gordon promise to beat like for like prices when i spoke to Debbie with other price she opened my eyes and i realized that the other company's did not match up to your company's achievements, on saying this we had a five star service and the guys on both days fantastic and very friendly which helps when your working close like this for two days.Thank you so much
