Dear All, thank you for your prompt removal service. After being let down by a local company which seemed to have good credentials and got to say cheaper than you when getting prices in. Debbie did warn me to look into all quotes and make sure you are in safe hands.Your team turned up at lunch time after doing a move already and then worked on mine till 9pm and did not stop, they smiled throughout and was done in such a professional manner, if anyone is choosing a remover at this moment in time PLEASE heed my words and choose these guys, even though they was not my first choice and all down to price i must say, this did not deter the excellent service they provided and at short notice this i mean i called at 10am same day of move.

Used this company for my move, on calling the office I spoke to Debbie who offered to send Christopher their estimator out to visit me which I happily agreed to. On Christopher's arrival he put me at ease straight away by answering all my questions that I had so I booked them for my move, on the day of my move the guys turned up promptly and were very friendly again putting me at ease, they worked tirelessly all day and made my move stress free will definitely use these guys again.

From the first call we chatted to a lady called Debbie, she arranged for Christopher to pop round to see us. On his arrival he walked round the house and outside after this we sat down he went through company history all awards and certifications they have and said the office will contact us regarding a price as our motto is not to put a customer under any pressure. From this point we had and email the had copy next day in post very easy to read and explained every requirements we asked for, this was by far more professional than the competitors we had round. We booked with this company for complete re-location service and all i can say the crew that looked after us over the three days are a complete asset to this company could not do enough for us and made our move look so simple yet we thought would be very complicated.

To everyone at The office and the guys on the day, what a fantastic service we had, from start two finish all went smoothly and without a hitch. Wayne had us in stitches all day with his banter even though it was wet and cold. My husband was very impressed by the uniforms and the equipment they used on day as he was very worried about the TV, but when Wayne showed him how the protective case worked he was well impressed and went and made a cup of tea for us all.

Dear Debbie, Thank you for all your assistants throughout our move, you was extremely helpful and and always had the time to talk to us, the boys on the day worked so hard but had plenty of tea and coffee plus we bought them lunch from chip shop which they was amazed as did not expect this. Your company is a credit to your industry and hope Gordon is feeling better as told he is in hospital very poorly, yet he seemed fine when he visited us. We will forward your details to all our friends as well deserved.

Hello sorry its a bit late did not get internet connected as promised, as said i would send a small email saying thank you for your brilliant service, you packed and moved us over three days as long distance move. Not one item broken i expected a few but not the case, Wayne Matt and Phil are a complete asset to your company and can tell how happy they are doing their job. I will not only recommend to my friends and family but as i work for a large corporate company and have the power to spread the word i will make it my intentions that any re-locations is quoted by yourself, or by someone you will recommend.

After having some really dodgy quotes for removals, the only one that visited was these guys, When Chris arrived he walked round taking a list of our stuff asking questions we did not think of but he new his stuff, we had a cuppa and he answered all my questions and he left me with some great info and a few free gifts. By 5pm Debbie had sent us a quote by email detailing all our requirements for our move plus a copy came in post next day. The cost was much higher than thought but it was peace of mind on how they presented themselves from point of contact. On booking Debbie sorted out everything nothing was to much trouble, our move from Derby to Preston went well without a hitch and the guys on day where so friendly but never stopped. Well worth paying the extra to have a professional company with a great customer service with real people skills

Hello, thank you for your services in February on our house move, all went very well and Hayden and Phil love there tea. We will pass the word as good service needs good name, we will have the boxes ready for pick up hopefully end of March as our children are coming at weekends to help us unpack with over 50 yrs boxed up it is a big mission. Must say Gordon was very right checking the others removers credentials not one was honest, and the links you left my son to check up only took 5sec to do, proved your worth All Moves

Gordon visited us back on October, since then his team came packed protected custom listed all goods, then his team put into storage, he then organized our move to New York. Not only did we have a 5 star service in Uk but he organized a removal company in New york to unpack and remove rubbish leaving us with nothing to do but enjoy our apartment, only 3 cheap glasses broke from an entire 20ft container with our three bed house in Brilliant, all our friends in Leicester will use your company, again thanks ever in New York we would gladly put you up Gordon as you are the most genuine person in business me and Charles have had the pleasure to meet.

We used this company to move from Derby to Dundee, this was done over three days as we had full packing, all we can say is use these guys from start to end they could not do enough for you, customer service five star, Debbie in the office was very helpful and Wayne and Hayden very happy men through the whole move and we took them out for a meal in Dundee as a thank you for resembling all our furniture which they did not have to do.
