You completed our move for us on Wednesday 18th November (from Morley Avenue to Fleeman Grove in Nottingham), unfortunately my husband didn't have a pen to hand to complete the questionnaire once the move was completed, so I thought I would email my comments.
I just wanted to say we were very pleased with the service. The quote you email through was prompt and easy to understand, which led to our decision to use you. On the actual day, the two men arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were cheery and pleasant and worked tirelessly all day. Nothing was too much effort for them. Thank you for helping us pack last thing, we only booked you for the move thinking we would save some money, but with work commitments this did not happen, i Phoned the office and spoken to Kelly, she said they were fully booked all week but after a phone call she arranged for a team to come after they had finished the removal. They turned up just after six and packed our two bed apartment in four hours i cannot put in words how skilled this team was and so friendly, the following day our move was cancelled till following week. Kelly changed date for us and move went to plan.

Packing service was brilliant made our life so easy with three kids at school we have enough on our plates, Chris Matt and Phil packed our goods and the following day Phil returned with a new team to move. We had several other companies round for quotes, must say you were not the cheapest but by far the most professional, from the first phone call to visit from Gordon, he knows his trade well and pointed things out others did not. Plus other companies did not have the professional qualifications in the trade like All Moves and must say when showing other quotes to Debbie they would not beat as did not recognise as professionals unless they where a member of the Bar or the Guilds, i must say i can see why, great customer service and smooth move as promised and will use you when i move my office in the future.

Many people like to complain but not many like to show there appreciation on quality service, I am a retired company Director my wife died 3 years past, I live in a six bedroom house in the Park Nottingham, as you can imagine I have collated much stuff having lived here for 33 years with my wife and five wonderful children, When Gordon arrived I showed him around this took some time, because it was a very large move from Nottingham and I was moving into a 2 bed cottage.
My children wanted most of the furniture and the items we had kept from when they where children, he said he will go away and do the logistics. He popped round the next evening with full logistic of the move, this took the other companies nearly a week to reply and two of them never got back to me. All Moves came out slightly more than some but Gordon’s personality and professionalism was unique, to this point i booked and the move went extremely smooth and to plan, Hope Gordon enjoyed the gift of several 60s albums I sent to him as a thank you as he is a record collector and commented on my collection (Keep the faith not many of us left).Mr Jarvis-Manver, Nottingham
