I did call Gordon to say how pleased we were soon after our move from Gedling to Southwell, and he suggested that I e-mail you at some time, so here goes. Your men arrived on time at 9:00 am, the day before the actual move, and prepared, wrapped and boxed everything that they could, as pre-arranged.
It was suggested by Gordon that due to the restricted access at our new house, at Southwell, that a double run with the two big vans would be ideal. A team of four men and two big vans arrived at 9:00 am on the day of the move and filled the vans, completed one run and then repeated the trip.
The men that completed the move for us had been instructed well, were efficient, and treated customers with respect. They all knew their job inside out, used their initiative, and worked as a team, knowing that one of them was in charge.
This in mind, and their jovial manner made our move a lot less stressful than it might have been. Not knowing who to choose for our removals, we certainly were very pleased that we chose, All Moves UK Ltd, not only for their efficient business, but when comparing prices All Move UK Ltd. came out on top. I certainly would recommend them for anyone considering a removal company, in the future.

I phoned today to thank you all at All Moves UK for a wonderful response in what was a challenging project - to move Chi Chi - the World's only Rocking Piano safely from the Flying Horse Walk to her new playground in the Hopkinson's Gallery. We found your team all the way through from quoting, to the final delivery a pure pleasure to deal with - which is rare in these times. It is great to shout from the roof tops when a company gives more than expectation, and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to all and sundry.

This has took awhile to contact you as we now live in New Zealand, This is a Thank you for spending so much time in arranging the transportation of our stuff to our new home, this was packed by your fantastic team on the day and loaded day after in container, this arrive at our door step on time, thank you for arranging a team to be here for unloading and unpacking goods, only one small glass broken in a 40 ft container to which my 5 bedroom house was in that is amazing service throughout, please tell Gordon he is an asset to his company.

Thank you for all your help in sorting out my mother’s home, this was very stressful time for all my family, Gordon was so helpful in the logistics of furniture going to all areas of Nottingham and Leicester to family, plus he sorted out stuff for charity and dispersed of the rest, this was done in a swift manner two which i thank him Wayne Brian and Matt for being so understanding.

All Moves have now moved me twice, they are brilliant removal company, i did not get the same team as last time but they was as good, as Kelly said in the office all our staff do a great job and she was correct, please take my advice and don’t go with anyone else you get what you pay for.

We decided after having many different companies round to choose you, Gordon was fantastic on his visit other companies want to have a good look how they approach customers he put us at ease within minutes of his arrival; the equipment shown was there on day, must admit the i pad was brilliant my daughter loved the videos while he chatted to me and my husband. All his advice was correct and made our move very simple and the staff are excellent at their job.

Your company put others to shame, your response to our enquiry was very prompt and phone manner was exceptional, I was a little bit put off when Kellie phone me to follow up my enquiry expecting a man, but she answered every question with confidence she did know everything about removals, the crew packed and moved us over two days, this went very smoothly and without a hitch, congratulate Kellie and crew on day very well done and hope you win many more awards as you well deserve them.

Kellie, thank you for all your help up to move, the guys were great and resembled as promised, cannot believe all the stress i had from different removals companies visiting and as you said Gordon put my mind to rest within seconds of walking in the door. Must say very nice to see men still wear suites, all others wore work shirts not very professional.

From visit to move, your office and team on day made our move so easy, never laughed so much with Brian and Ash, they were so cheerful all day, we did not get keys till 4.30 in the afternoon so didn’t finish till 8pm and they were so cheerful till done.
